At Charlotte Plastic Surgery, your safety is always our top priority. We understand the seriousness of COVID-19 and want to assure you we take every precaution to ensure a sterile environment for you.
We take your care seriously, and always have.
We have always taken steps to ensure that our facilities are sterile, and our providers follow these strict guidelines including:
- All our providers (doctors, nurses and estheticians) use gloves and face masks during all treatments and surgeries.
- Medical grade disinfectant wipes are used to clean all treatment rooms and door handles before and after every procedure or service.
- Our providers wash their hands before and after every procedure or service.
- Also, any Charlotte Plastic Surgery team members with active cold or flu symptoms will not attend work.
As an added precaution during this time, we ask that any patients who are experiencing flu-like symptoms reschedule their appointment. Also, please inform us if you have been to an area severely affected by coronavirus or if you have been in contact with someone known to have the disease. Be informed that we are taking every patient’s temperature upon arrival as an additional level of precaution.
We continue to act upon the latest guidance and information given to us from the Centers for Disease Control and medical societies. We will keep you informed during this rapidly changing situation.
